What you'll do

• Monitor shelter entrances, authorize entry and departure, screen participants and belongings, patrol the premises, conduct room checks, report safety concerns, and maintain incident records.
• Greet visitors, answer phones, support shelter operations, and assist with client services as required.
• Licensed monitors may transport participants as directed.
