What you'll do

• Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to set meetings
• source and nurture customer relationships
• build and manage loads in the transportation management system
• participate in sales presentations
• assist with dashboards and shadow sales leadership
• support shipment scheduling, tracking, and follow-up
• coordinate load assignments and updates with Operations
• maintain account and shipment records and reports.
