What you'll do

• Monitor food and beverage costs, budgets, and purchasing
• obtain competitive bids and maintain vendor quote sheets
• manage inventory counts, transfers, reconciliations, and reporting
• audit invoices
• control product issuance
• report month-end results to the Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef
• receive and distribute packages
• maintain liquor and wine inventory systems.
