What you'll do

• Conduct worship and preach sermons
• plan worship with the Director of Music and Board of Deacons
• lead special services
• provide pastoral care and coordinate visitation
• make appropriate counseling referrals
• train the congregation in outreach and evangelism
• welcome new worshippers
• participate in local and mission activities
• support fellowship and educational programs
• supervise and support staff
• write a monthly Evangel article
• work with the Church Council on a strategic plan
• establish regular office hours.
