What you'll do

• Represent issuers, underwriters, servicers, and investors in CMBS, CRE CLO, and related securitization transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• advise on commercial real estate repurchase facilities, warehouse lending, and structured finance
• manage transaction work from due diligence through closing
• coordinate with clients, lenders, and internal deal teams
• collaborate across the Global Finance practice.
