What you'll do

• Lead daily station operations and support reliable, on-time service
• spend approximately 50% of the time driving and transporting airline crew members
• hire, train, coach, and develop drivers and station team members
• manage staffing, schedules, attendance, and daily operational needs
• ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• monitor KPIs, service levels, safety performance, and client expectations
• partner with Dispatch, Safety, Recruiting, HR, and Operations.

Why this role
