What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for counselors, nurses, and support staff
• partner with treatment-center hiring leaders to understand staffing needs
• post jobs, source and screen candidates, and present qualified applicants
• schedule interviews and coordinate feedback
• extend offers and facilitate pre-hire steps
• build candidate pipelines
• maintain accurate applicant tracking system data
• follow internal processes and regulatory guidelines.
