What you'll do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and production personnel
• manage schedules, capacity, work in process, labor utilization, and delivery
• address bottlenecks
• coach supervisors and teams
• monitor productivity, overtime, scrap, rework, and costs
• partner with Quality and Engineering
• support Nadcap and AS9100 compliance and audits
• drive Lean, 5S, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement
• maintain ERP/MRP reporting and safety practices.
