What you'll do

• maintain relationships with banks, investors, analysts, and other financial partners
• analyze capital structure, liquidity, debt, and financing needs
• monitor credit facilities and covenant compliance
• support strategic finance activities that may include debt transactions, M&A, acquisition financing, and refinancing
• conduct peer and market analysis
• partner across functions
• lead complex financial projects.
