What you'll do

• Build relationships with owners, architects, engineers, officials, subcontractors, and vendors
• monitor project costs and budgets
• communicate schedule information
• maintain procurement schedules
• manage submittal registries, shop drawing reviews, RFIs, material tracking, and drawing logs
• promote risk management and safety compliance
• coordinate punch lists and project closeout.
