- Identify and classify vintage and used clothing using established grade descriptions
- recognize brands, labels, eras, styles, fabrics, and trends
- sort garments into designated categories and containers
- inspect condition and distinguishing characteristics
- meet production and quality standards
- participate in safety exercises
- follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
