The Quality Control Team Leader, Raw Materials role is onsite in Madison, WI, with compensation of $85,000–$100,000 per year. The position supports Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals’ Quality Control function within its Quality Assurance Organization, helping advance the company’s RNAi-based medicines. The role leads QC chemists and supports analytical testing and raw-material activities for drug substances and products, including release and stability work for GLP toxicology and cGMP clinical-trial materials. It combines laboratory expertise, independent scientific decisions, and staff development to support accurate, timely quality work.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor QC chemists
• set performance expectations and conduct evaluations
• support raw-material testing, release, and stability studies
• apply cGMP and ICH requirements
• collaborate on method transfers and potentially method validation
• operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments
• train analysts
• track and interpret stability data
• draft investigations, deviations, and CAPAs
• maintain accurate laboratory notebooks.
