• Lead complex engine builds and rebuilds
• diagnose performance and drivability issues
• operate engine dynamometer testing and analyze results
• verify specifications, tolerances, and build quality
• support custom engine development
• improve shop processes
• partner with engineering, product development, and customers
• train and mentor less experienced technicians
• troubleshoot and investigate root causes.
