The role works across Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management, while improving inventory processes and supporting compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead inventory control activities and serve as a subject matter expert
• guide, train, and mentor inventory personnel and cross-functional teams
• improve procedures and work instructions
• maintain records through audits, reconciliation, cycle counts, and transaction management
• investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• oversee production kit preparation and distribution
• supervise washing, drying, bagging, tagging, packaging, and cleanroom material preparation
• manage ERP/MRP transactions and complex BOM roll-ups
• support forecasting, material planning, and inventory optimization
• partner with relevant teams to resolve inventory issues
• lead inventory audits and support internal, customer, and government compliance
• identify automation and system improvement opportunities
• use Excel and reporting tools to analyze and communicate inventory and production data.
