Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead and direct maintenance team activities
• hire, train, evaluate, and discipline direct reports
• recommend property and capital needs
• schedule repairs, move-in turnover, and capital projects
• plan customer service, work-order completion, preventive maintenance, and inspections
• complete resident work orders
• maintain grounds and conduct seasonal pool/spa inspections
• service building systems and components
• maintain records and comply with safety and Fair Housing requirements
• participate in rotating after-hours on-call coverage.
