What you'll do

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical activity data in CTMS and Filemaker
• coordinate interpretation of clinical documentation for charge mapping
• monitor data quality and financial controls
• investigate discrepancies and document authorized corrections
• track error and invoice rejection trends
• support sponsor invoice disputes with site activity documentation
• monitor accounts-receivable status and escalate issues
• coordinate patient billing inquiries to appropriate resources
• collaborate with clinical, finance, revenue cycle, and study administration teams.
