Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Run daily floor operations, including opening and closing, station coverage, and guest flow
• resolve escalated guest concerns
• supervise, coach, and schedule Leads and Slimetenders
• support hiring recommendations, onboarding, and station certification
• enforce safety and compliance
• monitor labor, admissions, retail, inventory, and merchandising
• partner on birthday parties, group bookings, and private events.
