What you'll do

• Audit quality and safety policies, procedures, workflows, field practices, and documentation
• assess alignment with company expectations, client requirements, and regulations
• document findings and track improvement initiatives
• develop compliance monitoring and reporting methods
• create or refine procedures, checklists, templates, and training materials
• support onboarding
• maintain controlled documentation
• collaborate with project managers, field personnel, and leadership
• support root cause analysis and corrective actions
• track KPIs
• lead annual reviews and ISO readiness assessments
• exercise stop-work authority when unsafe or nonconforming conditions are observed.
