What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
• wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils
• manage trash and recycling
• support kitchen and event setup and breakdown and occasional dish-up
• maintain sanitation standards across food and beverage workspaces.
