What you'll do

• Lead company-owned and franchised restaurant operations
• develop strategies for sales, profitability, staffing, hospitality, and execution
• establish and monitor operating and financial metrics
• address underperformance and operational risks
• advise and develop franchisees
• support franchise recruitment and growth
• lead field leaders and talent development
• maintain food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience standards
• lead operational planning for new restaurant openings
• collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, Training, IT, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments.
