What you'll do

• Create invoices and quotes
• process customer orders with vendors
• provide product ETA updates
• maintain customer account records
• interact with vendors and sales representatives
• open and record mail
• assist with receiving shipments
• cross-train on shipping labels and packing orders
• attend required meetings, trainings, and events.
