What you'll do

• Maintain site cleanliness and environment-of-care standards
• support safety reports, fire drills, and emergency response plans
• coordinate facility supplies and maintenance
• supervise medication activities and maintain logs as instructed
• implement individualized action plans
• support daily living, nutrition, communication, social, and recreational skills
• assist with budgeting and community integration
• maintain caseload documentation and participant records.
