What you'll do

• Guide homeowners and contractors through showroom product selection
• provide customer service in person, by phone, email, and during field visits
• prepare and send bids and quotes within 48 hours or communicate delays
• create and maintain project portfolios
• coordinate project details and timelines
• assist with pricing, order entry, calls, and administrative tasks
• maintain an organized showroom
• meet clients by appointment and as walk-ins
• and participate in training, sales meetings, and product education.

Why this role
