What you'll do

• Repair and maintain equipment and supplies
• requisition supplies within budget guidelines
• test the emergency generator weekly and monthly as required
• keep records
• maintain the building and address hazards
• perform monthly building and grounds checks
• complete routine repairs such as painting and minor carpentry
• sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, buff, and refinish floors
• operate floor-care equipment
• vacuum and clean carpets.
