What you'll do

• Lead daily Nursing Department operations
• ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• develop and update nursing policies and procedures
• participate in the Quality Assurance Program
• assist with regulatory surveys and inspections
• conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance and resident care
• and address concerns or grievances from residents, families, and nursing staff.
