What you'll do

• Oversee accounting department operations, including hiring, termination, and development of team members
• ensure accounts payable are paid timely and reasonable discounts are taken
• ensure accounts receivable are collected promptly
• maintain controls over accounting records
• issue timely and accurate financial information
• provide financial analysis to management
• calculate operational metrics
• manage annual budgets and monthly forecasts
• maintain capital accounting and planning records
• coordinate information for auditors.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and seven or more years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-unit retail. CPA preferred; knowledge of GAAP, retail operations, inventory management, and ERP systems required.
