The Lead HVAC Installer is an onsite, full-time role in Concord, NH, with stated pay of $35–$45 per hour. Live Free Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing provides residential services to homeowners throughout New Hampshire. The lead installer manages residential HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring equipment is installed, commissioned, and tested to manufacturer specifications and local codes. The role also troubleshoots field issues, communicates with homeowners, maintains safe worksites, and mentors apprentices and helpers.

What you'll do

• Lead residential HVAC installations
• install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and air handlers
• perform brazing, venting, gas and refrigerant piping, and commissioning
• interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• troubleshoot installation issues
• meet manufacturer specifications and local codes
• maintain clean and safe jobsites and vehicles
• communicate with homeowners
• mentor apprentices
• complete paperwork.
