• analyze reimbursement issues and financial data
• coordinate filing requirements and deadlines with attorneys
• calculate appeal metrics
• prepare and maintain filings, exhibits, reports, and supporting materials
• maintain tracking systems
• communicate with clients, attorneys, healthcare providers, and regulatory stakeholders
• facilitate resolution of technical and regulatory issues.
