What you'll do

• Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables
• prepare meals according to recipes and guidelines
• operate kitchen equipment
• maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• serve and plate food and deliver meals to patients
• monitor food, supply, and equipment inventory
• report discrepancies to the Dietary Manager
• collaborate on special events and functions.
