The Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite position located in Rochester, MN. This role exists to provide one-on-one therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The technician contributes to the team by implementing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to help clients achieve meaningful milestones and independence.

What you'll do

• Implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies
• Collect and track progress data using technology
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the team to celebrate progress and problem-solve challenges
• Continue learning through ongoing training and professional development
• Provide one-on-one therapy in home, clinic, or school settings.
