The position supports Perma-Fix Environmental Services’ recruiting across multiple locations, primarily for technical, operational, professional, and management roles in nuclear and environmental services. The role exists to attract and hire qualified candidates through full-cycle recruiting and to support general HR work when recruiting activity is lower. It partners with hiring managers and candidates, maintains talent pipelines, and helps ensure recruiting and HR processes are organized and compliant.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviews, selection, offers, and pre-employment coordination
• partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and priorities
• source candidates through recruiting platforms and professional networks
• manage job postings, applicant tracking, communications, and interview scheduling
• maintain candidate pipelines
• coordinate background checks and other pre-employment requirements
• build relationships with schools, agencies, and professional organizations
• participate in recruiting events as needed
• monitor recruiting metrics and expenses
• assist with onboarding, HR records, compliance, benefits administration, and HR projects when recruiting demands permit.

Why this role
