What you'll do

• Scan physical documents, forms, and medical records into Epic
• ensure scans are clear, legible, and properly indexed
• review documents for completeness and accuracy
• upload documents to the correct patient record
• organize and file incoming records
• verify accuracy and completeness
• conduct periodic reviews for regulatory and hospital-policy compliance
• respond to medical staff inquiries about missing or misplaced documents
• maintain confidentiality and record security
• assist with general filing, organizing, and retrieval.
