What you'll do

• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships
• build relationships with customer construction, purchasing, operations, warranty, and leadership teams
• promote products and services and work toward revenue and profitability goals
• partner with Estimating on bids
• coordinate estimates, purchase orders, materials, timelines, and project expectations
• support new communities and model homes
• coordinate with Operations and Distribution Centers on demand, materials, staffing, and workload
• travel to customers and jobsites across SC, GA, AL, and TN.
