What you'll do

• Conduct outbound calls to facilities and contacts to verify information and obtain records
• perform social media investigations and web research
• review databases, public records, claim files, and courthouse records
• conduct background investigations using available tools
• compile investigative reports
• maintain confidential case documentation
• use Microsoft Office and online research tools
• manage assignments and deadlines
• communicate with clients and team members
• follow investigative protocols and legal and ethical standards.
