What you'll do

• Lead tax planning, consulting, and compliance review
• advise on restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and succession planning
• address international tax considerations
• generate new business and expand existing client relationships
• represent the firm through speaking and publications
• mentor tax professionals
• oversee billing, collections, and resource allocation
• support firm initiatives on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
