Metrology Technician, All Levels and Shifts

The Metrology Technician role is onsite in Hamilton, WA. Compensation is $23–$45 per hour, plus a discretionary bonus. Janicki Industries is an aerospace company engineering and manufacturing complex projects for aerospace, defense, and space industries. The technician follows instructions and drawings while assembling tooling fixtures, precision weldments, machined surfaces, and aerospace parts. The role also supports safe, quality-focused production through equipment preparation, preventive maintenance, standards compliance, and required training.

What you'll do

• Read blueprints, isometric drawings, and work orders
• assemble tooling fixtures, precision weldments, machined surfaces, and aerospace parts
• obtain tools and materials
• set up scaffolding and safety barriers under direction
• dispose of hazardous materials properly
• perform preventive maintenance
• comply with safety, 5S, AS9100, and Nadcap practices
• complete required training.
