What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements
• follow portion-control standards and special diet orders
• use standardized recipes and food safety procedures
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely
• maintain a clean, sanitary, organized kitchen
• assist with meal service and food preparation as directed
• comply with dietary, sanitation, and safety regulations.
