The Registered Nurse (RN) position is onsite in New York, NY. Pay is $58–$62 per hour, based on experience. The Heritage Rehabilitation & Nursing Center’s nursing team provides resident-focused care in long-term care. The RN provides nursing care to residents, administers ordered medications and treatments, monitors changes in condition, and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, respectful, and compassionate care.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care to residents
• administer medications and treatments as ordered
• monitor residents and communicate changes in condition
• coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff
• maintain clinical documentation
• follow facility policies, infection-control standards, and regulations
• promote a safe and respectful environment for residents and families.
