Production Lead — Third Shift (10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.)

The Production Lead role is onsite in Iron Ridge, WI, and pays $28–$30 per hour. The shift is 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. PS Seasoning produces seasonings and spices and seeks to maintain quality, safety, and efficient packaging operations. The lead oversees daily packaging work, coordinates employees and equipment, and supports production deadlines and product standards. The role contributes to reliable output through team development, process improvement, and compliance with food-safety and quality programs.

What you'll do

• Oversee packaging schedules and production activities
• complete machine setups and changeovers
• assign employees to workstations
• monitor progress and deadlines
• supervise, train, and develop employees
• recommend process improvements
• load materials and products into packaging equipment
• measure, weigh, count, fill, and seal products
• record production and order information
• maintain a safe work environment
• support safety programs and performance reviews
• comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP, and other quality and safety programs.
