IT Engineer, Manufacturing Facility

What you'll do

• Provide onsite IT support
• manage device lifecycle and ticket queues
• maintain local network and infrastructure health
• support facility IT buildout and coordinate with construction and facilities vendors
• stage and deploy hardware
• manage employee onboarding and offboarding
• enforce security tools and policies
• support CMMC Level 2 compliance
• coordinate incident response and compliance reviews
• manage local vendors and asset inventory
• handle shipping and receiving of IT materials
• serve as the onsite escalation point for support needs.
