The Bilingual Life Cycle Consultant is an onsite role based in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $21.92 - $40.87 per hour. This role strengthens client relationships through service and consultation from the beginning of the client journey through the life cycle. The role exists to act as a subject matter expert for benefits, driving client satisfaction and retention. It involves consulting on benefit plans and providing HR information to client employees to increase the value proposition of ADP TotalSource.
What you'll do
- Provide benefit presentations and consultation during Open Enrollment.
- Partner with HRBP, KAE, and CRE to execute account strategies.
- Educate employees on benefit offerings and plan changes.
- Collaborate with distributed service teams to ensure effective onboarding.
