The Obstetric Hospitalist Site Director role is onsite in Lima, OH; compensation is not specified. The position supports the Ob Hospitalist clinical team and its hospital-based obstetric program. The site director oversees program operations and relationships with hospital and clinical staff, helps ensure quality care and operational objectives, and trains and develops clinicians in the program’s value-based culture. The role includes at least five 24-hour shifts, or equivalent, in each 28-day period; travel to the hospital may be needed to address operational priorities.

What you'll do

• Oversee program operations and quality care
• maintain relationships with hospital medical, nursing, and administrative staff and the physician and CNM hospitalist team
• collaborate with clinical operations leadership on program objectives
• train and develop clinicians
• communicate and enforce clinical policies and expectations
• manage minor physician issues and escalate as appropriate
• identify ways to increase Labor and Delivery utilization
• travel to the hospital as needed.
