What you'll do

• Plan, prepare, and deliver group exercise classes, including yoga, Zumba, Pilates, cycling, HIIT, and strength training
• demonstrate proper techniques and safety protocols
• assess participants and provide modifications
• maintain workout spaces and equipment
• build member relationships
• and contribute ideas for class and program improvements.
