Customer Care & Sales Coordinator

Job overview

The Customer Care & Sales Coordinator role is onsite in Augusta, ME. Pay is $18–$20 per hour for entry-level candidates and up to $22 per hour for experienced candidates. Portland Glass provides glass services and is a Neighborly partner serving customers in homes, vehicles, and businesses. The role exists to coordinate customer service and sales activity while keeping technician jobs, materials, and store operations organized. It contributes by preparing estimates, scheduling work, coordinating orders and vendors, processing payments and invoices, and maintaining accurate customer and job information.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary customer contact in person and by phone
• identify customer needs
• prepare quotes and estimates and follow up on opportunities
• schedule technician jobs
• order materials and resolve order issues
• communicate with vendors
• process customer payments and vendor invoices
• assist with insurance claims when needed
• maintain customer, job, scheduling, billing, and order information
• follow up with customers
• coordinate with store managers and technicians
• help manage store operations when the manager is in the field.
