What you'll do

• Assist the Executive Chef with menu development, staffing, and specials
• manage food purchases for the assigned area
• control food costs and labor
• supervise food preparation, cooking, plating, and equipment use
• complete production records
• assist with staff interviews and evaluations
• oversee kitchen operations when the Executive Chef is absent
• maintain HACCP standards and sanitation.
