What you'll do

• Welcome and support new employees during onboarding
• provide basic position training
• conduct follow-ups during the first 24 hours, first week, first 30 days, and first 90 days
• identify disengagement, attendance issues, and turnover risks
• escalate concerns to HR and Operations leadership
• conduct stay interviews and exit conversations
• analyze turnover trends and provide recommendations
• partner with production supervisors, lead operators, HR, and training teams
• maintain floor presence across shifts and departments.
