The Quality Services Supervisor – Second Shift role is onsite in Brookville, OH, with starting wages of $24.05 per hour. The supervisor leads Team Leaders and Inspectors, coordinating staffing and daily work while supporting quality, safety, customer requirements, and continuous improvement. The role combines hands-on floor leadership with employee development and operational problem-solving.

What you'll do

• Direct assigned Team Leaders and Inspectors
• coordinate schedules and staffing
• coach, train, and develop employees
• assist with orientation and ongoing training
• monitor performance and provide review input
• ensure accurate operational and quality data
• complete scheduled Layered Process Audits
• support 5S, ISO procedures, safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• troubleshoot operational issues
• work with customer representatives and Shipping & Receiving
• review and authorize timesheets
• support compliance with company and customer requirements. Some local travel is required.
