The Restaurant Shift Leader is an onsite role in Stamford, CT; pay is $17–$25 per hour. The position supports Fresh&Co’s high-volume, scratch-cooked fast-casual restaurant operations.

What you'll do

• Help lead and expedite front-line service, engage guests, oversee third-party and takeout order accuracy, support register and service flow, maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards, and coach team members during busy shifts.
• Weekend availability on a rotating basis is required.
