Maintenance Technician — ShelterCare Facilities

What you'll do

• Perform painting, drywall, dry-rot repair, door framing, window installation, and floor repairs
• complete minor plumbing repairs
• service exhaust fans, dryer ducts, vents, furnaces, and filters
• replace outlets, switches, fixtures, bulbs, and ballasts
• rebuild heaters and thermostats
• support upkeep of ShelterCare facilities.
