Property Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of assigned multifamily communities
• coordinate maintenance and vendors
• monitor property condition and work orders
• conduct leasing activities and support occupancy and retention
• address resident concerns and enforce community policies
• maintain resident files and property records
• support applicable housing-program compliance, certifications, inspections, budgeting, collections, and reporting
• collaborate with maintenance teams and regional leadership.
